4-5 miles, first thing in the morning

Saturday
1 easy mile

10 miles, first thing! This will be my first double digit run since....maybe the end of 2007. It's been a while.
Wow the first double digit in a while should be great! Since you are running everyday, do you ever feel sick of it? I don't think I would be able to do it!
ReplyDeleteThere are definitely days that I just don't wanna run, but overall, it's kind of easier for me to do every day. I don't have to spend any time fretting, "Will I run today? Do I have time? Do I want to run?" The decision is already made, like brushing your teeth.
